How I can connect to a Data Base (Postgres) of other machine???

All you have to do is when you connect change the host to the IP number of the computer in which the Postgres is installed.

This ought to do it, but you will may also need to configure your Postgres DB to allow remote connections. You may find the information necessary for this on the DB docs.
